Planning to Sell?

If you’re thinking of selling in the next few months to a year there are simple projects you can do this summer and spring to spruce up your curb appeal.

So, you finally decided to sell. No matter your reason getting ready to sell can feel overwhelming. Should you renovate? Should you paint? Should you replace fixtures?

It's hard to know what to focus on. The first impression is always a good place to start. Here are three things that anyone can do to spruce up their entry before selling.

Paint Your Front Door

A fresh coat of paint or adding an eye-catching color can leave a lasting impression. People will remember "the house with the yellow door".

Accessorize

There are ways to make your entry inviting and welcoming by simply using what you have already. Wreaths, potted plants, or a small sitting area make the space feel home-y.

Clean

Make sure your front area is clean and fresh. Pressure wash surfaces to remove years of dirt and grime so people can see the potential your home has. We know you see it, we have to help others see it too.

Now that your entry is ready to welcome potential buyers. Use this quick checklist to get the rest of the house ready for viewing.

  1. Clean & Declutter

  2. Update Hardware

  3. Fresh Paint
