Cape Coral is an active community in Southwest Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. You'll find 400 miles of canals, 1,500 acres of parks, beautiful neighborhoods full of waterfront homes, and lots to do. Here are activities to add to your Cape Coral Bucket list.

Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve

The second largest preserve in Cape Coral with 365 acres of brackish water wetlands, a walking trail, a veterans memorial, tons of wildlife, and you can start at the visitor center for any information you might need.

Wicked Dolphin Distillery

Home to award-winning small batch rum made with Florida sugar cane and only local natural ingredients. Located right in Cape Coral Wicked Dolphin is family-run and the largest distillery in Southwest Florida.

We asked our agents what activities they suggest to anyone who visits Cape Coral and here's what they said:

"Of course, a boat ride is always on the agenda. Sunsplash family water park. We're going through a lot of changes right now at the Yacht Club." Marie Sullivan, Next Home South Pointe

Cape Coral is more than just a location for one of our offices; it is a vibrant community filled with culture, opportunities, and friendly faces. We take great pride in being actively involved in the community we serve. From sponsoring local events to supporting charitable organizations, giving back to Cape Coral is at the core of who we are.

We believe that a thriving community is the foundation of happy and fulfilled homeowners, and we are dedicated to playing our part in creating a better place for all.
